Dear Wendy and Sarah:
Oh my dears, I have been travelling for the past 3 weeks and was shocked to hear of your loss when Antoine called me about the funeral. I so wish I could join you today but I am starting bone graft surgery to my jaw in about an hour's time this morning. Wendy and Sarah: please know that you are in my heart and that I have some sense of what you are feeling. I know that you will celebrate her life and carry the postive within you as strength and courage.
Big hugs to you by this email - look forward to giving them to you in person! xo, Marilou

I was deeply sadden to hear about the loss of a great woman. I have done Margret's hair for 10 years and really got to know what a wonderful lady she was. She touched many lives but her love was always with her family. I am greatful to have known her and I send my deepest condolances to the family she has left behind.

I feel priveleged to have known Marg. Marg touched my family and myself in many warm and profound ways: supporting; befriending; cheering; loving; encouraging; educating...I am grateful for having known Marg and have always greatly appreciated the special place that she had in the hearts and minds of my granparents and parents. I know that her warmth and wisdom will be passed on to many generations. I send you all my heartfelt condolances and lots of love.

Our hearts go out to Robin, Wendy and Sarah, and to Debbie and Kathy and their families, at the loss of their wonderful wife, mother, and nanna. Merry Margaret had the gift of a blithe spirit and brought joy wherever she went. We'll always remember her romantic meeting with Robin at our home, her joyful wedding day, and her wonderful newsletters each Christmas reminding us of her full life at the centre of a network of family and friends that knew no boundaries. It was a privilege to know her and feel the warmth of her radiant spirit. We hope you will continue to feel something of that radiance through the difficult years ahead.
With love and sympathy,
Lorraine, John, Alison and John Adam Kooistra

I have known Marg for just about my entire life. She was an exceptionally warm, generous and supportive person. Although I come home only infrequently it was always a joy to meet up with her at my dad's office. I was extremely saddened to hear of her illness and passing away. Sending you all of my love and support from South Africa.
Sincerely,
Melanie Samson

My deepest sympathies to Robin and the girls on the loss of a wonderful wife and mother. I worked with Margaret from her first day at the health centre, and chatted with her on every visit to Dr. Samson and Dr. Ditor over the years. Margaret always remembered to send my Mom and Dad (Jim and Jean Connell) a copy of the "newsletter" every year which was enjoyed immensely. She will be thought of often as she has been in the past whenever I think of the years at the Health Centre. That warm smile will forever linger in my thoughts. A truly wonderful woman is gone.
Again my deepest sympathy
Bill and Linda Squire
