Obituary of Muriel Elizabeth Unruh

UNRUH, Muriel Elizabeth (Stracey) Peacefully and on the wings of a shooting star with loving family and dear friends surrounding her. She is greatly loved and dearly remembered by: daughter, Darline Cooper and husband Bob of Hamilton, by their children, Lorie, Lenora, Melanie and husbands; son Russel Bramer (Unruh) of B.C.; daughter Doreen Beuerman and husband Larry of London and their children Jamie and Holly and spouses; son Gordon Unruh of St. Catharines and wife Marilyn and their children William, Thomas and Melissa; son Allan Unruh of Guelph. She was the proud great grandmother to Ashley, Justin Dylan, Danielle, Justin, Sierra, Sawyer, Joshua and Jessica. We will miss her determination and bravery for she travelled a difficult path with uncommon valour. We love you mom. At her request we wish to thank the many guardian angels that surrounded her during her valiant struggle: Dr. Walser Jebb and her wonderful staff, you guided us gracefully through to the end, knowing we would all have a new beginning, we thank you Dianne; the Palliative Care Team from Pro Wellness including Viola, Joanne, Lily, Sharon; Jill from CCAC, Ann and Jim and all the nurses from Paramed; and especially to Jennifer who became more than a friend. Your wings were hard to hide. Your friendship and loving support helped to direct us all. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial to be held at the grave site where she will join her husband Ben. A star from above Came down large and bright A message from God whispering "Muriel, the time is right" Only God decides how and when By the grace of God she will be at peace with Ben.
