Obituary of Antonina Giordana

GIORDANO, Antonina Peacefully at the Hotel Dieu Hospital on October 9, 2001 at 65 years of age. Loving wife of Salvatore. Beloved mother of Joe Giordano & his wife Caryl, and Gerry & her husband Henry Warkentin. Proud Nonna of Joey, Christopher, Nicholas, and Robbie. Survived by her mother Sanda and her sisters Vita, Rosa, Maria, and her brothers Vito and Ignazio. Antonina was a member of St. Alfred's Church. Mrs. Giordano is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 9:00am. Funeral liturgy to be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church at 9:30am. Rite of committal will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be celebrated at the funeral home Thursday at 7:00pm. Memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society.
