Obituary of Betty Iwanicki

Iwanicki, Petrusia (Betty) On Monday, January 19, 2001 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Phillip. Loving mother of Jack and his wife Eileen of Fredericton, N.B. Dear sister of Roman Charambura, sister in law of Mary Charambura of Philadelphia, and Olga Charambura of Toronto. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, and special friend Mary Lozowchuk. Mrs. Iwanicki was a member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ukrainian Womens Organization, and Novi Obrie. Mrs. Iwanicki is resting at George Darte Funeral Chapel 585 Carlton St., until Thursday at 9:30am. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Sts Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Panachyda will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30pm. Visiting hours are Tuesday 7-9pm and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
