Obituary of Frank Capellari

Capellari, Frank - It is with heartfelt sadness that the family of Frank Capellari announces his sudden passing at the age of 48 on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Loving husband of Elena (nee Ioannoni) for 11 years. Cherished son of Dina Franca. Beloved brother of Nives, Mario and Bob. He will be sadly missed by many family members and close friends. Predeceased by his father Franco (2009). For 16 years at Accenture, Frank was a pillar of strength and a leader who inspired those around him to be the best they could be. He was a loving and caring friend to many people and will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour. Frank was an avid sports fan, especially of his favourite football team the Pittsburgh Steelers and favourite hockey team the “HABS”. He enjoyed playing golf, spending time with his friends and loved to experience different cultures in his travels with his wife. The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Sunday, June 9th 2-4 pm, Monday, June 10th 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7:30 pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held at Star of the Sea Church, 34 Elgin Street, on Tuesday, June 11th at 11 am. Cremation will take place following the service and inurnment will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimers Society.
