Obituary of Sam Austin

Austin, Sam - On Tuesday June 25, 2013 after an accident in his pool at home at the age of 21. Loving son of Mark and Cathy. Cherished brother of Owen and Olivia. Beloved grandson of Patricia, and Don (Madge) Brown. Devoted nephew of Donald (Vicki), Robert (Lisa), Carolyn (Matt), Colleen (Bill), and Jason (Dawn). He will be sadly missed by his 9 cousins. Predeceased by his Papa Alf. Sam was finishing his final year at St. Francis Secondary School, and was involved with the activities at Red Roof Retreat. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Thursday between 2-4 and 7-9pm. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street on Friday at 10am. Memorial donations may be made to Red Roof Retreat or Niagara Children's Centre.
