Obituary of Larry Baraniuk

BARANIUK LARRY Sr. (Lawrence)- After a courageous battle with cancer, Larry passed on Thursday, October 3rd, 2013 at home at the age of 65. Devoted spouse of Kim Levesque. Loving father of Rachel Clair (Mickey) and Larry Baraniuk Jr. Proud papa to Cameron and Quinlan. Loved son of Mary and the late Walter Baraniuk (2005) and predeceased by his sister Elaine Baraniuk (2010). Uncle of Shana Malaney (Bernie). Larry will be dearly missed by Jason Levesque and Jacob Levesque (Chrissy), Larz and Elihka. Larry worked at Hayes Dana for 37 years and enjoyed his Thursday night mixed bowling league for 44 years. Larry was a devoted sports enthusiast of Montreal's "bleu blanc rouge" and his belief that the St. Louis Cardinals will once again win the world series this year. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. on Monday October 7th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society.
