Obituary of Joseph "Juozas" Kazragis

Kazragis, Joseph "Juozas" - May 3, 1916 -November 8, 2013. Predeceased by his loving wife, Juzefa (2011) for over 60 years. He leaves behind his loving sons Vytas (late Patsy 2010), and Roman (Colleen) of Rome, New York. Cherished Senukus of Bryan (Amanda), Michael (Katie), Mary-Kate and a Great grandson, Jaxon. He immigrated from Lithuania after WWII and met his wife, Juzefa here in St.Catharines, married and raised a family while working at General Motors. Juozas was always thankful to Canada for the peace, security and standard of living it provided to a poor farm boy from a war torn country. Dad, rest in peace. You've earned God's love and peace after 97years. Mom is waiting for you. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Sunday between 3-5pm. Funeral Liturgy without mass will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 1pm with burial to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
