Obituary of Roger Edward Baker

BAKER, Roger Passed away at GNGH in his 76th year on November 14, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn (October 2012). Dear dad of Lynn (Gerry A. DeLorme); grandpa to Carly and Christopher DeLorme. He will be missed by his sister Verla (Carl 1984) Murdock, Don and Barb, Greg and Bunny. Dear brother-in-law of Glenn (Wendy), Lampman, Carole (Chuck) McPherson, Carl (Marie) Lampman, Wray Lampman, Anita (Marcel) Huard, Jean Lampman, Carson (Irene) Lampman. Best companion to Bart (Lorraine 2009) Martel. Roger will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Larry (November 2012), his sisters-in-law June (the late Ron) Garrett, Thelma (the late Stu) Robertson, and brothers-in-law Arthur (Della) and Eugene (Eva) Lampman. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, November 29th from 9:30 -10:30 a.m. A celebration of life for Roger and his late wife Marilyn will follow in the funeral home chapel. An inurnment will be held at a later date. Donations to the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
