Obituary of Ludwika "Lucy" Zak

ZAK, Ludwika "Lucy" It is with great regret that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Lucy on Monday, August 26, 2002 at St. Catharines General Hospital. She leaves her family: husband, Michael; daughter, Halina and son-in-law, Stan; and granddaughter, Michelle. She will be missed by her family and friends. Lucy was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Mrs. Zak is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Visiting Hours Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
