Hi Mum....it will be 2 years since you left. I (we) miss you very much mum. Life is going quite well but selfishly I wish you were here with me. Colton doing very well and he is finally going to step into the ocean. Him and I have many special talks like you and I did. You are always in my thoughts and memories and we all (especially Dad) miss you so much. We love you Mum, hope wherever you are , you are with the Maggie, Murphy and all who bring you peace. Xoxo

Mum, not a day goes by you're not missed. I can't believe it's just shy a year you've been gone. I miss our talks, our laughs, you telling me to stay strong. We all love and miss you more than words can say. Colton and I share moments about you often. Keep watching over us mum, Laura xoxoxo

Pauline had been our friend for around 60 years starting out at Southampton Ice Rink.. A kind and caring person and full of such fun. The world will be a sadder place without her. Our love goes to Dee and the girls, Cathy, Coral and Laura. Reunited with her parents, Fred and Nora and also her brother Freddie. Rest in peace Pauline. We'll always love you.

What a privilege it was to know Pauline, she certainly knew how to make people feel special - which is a rare gift. My thoughts go out to all the family and a smile for the fun times we shared with her.

My memories of Pauline my best friend for 70 years:Returning from evacuation after the war we moved into the house next door and my earliest memory of her was a small girl with her dress tucked into her knickers doing handstands and back flips in the street outside. She was 2 years older than me and took me under her wing as I was very quiet and timid then. She was my keeper and in return I would sit and read to her when she was ill.She was feisty, scared of nothing or no-one even laying into some big boys who were bullying her older brother. We were always together with many shared friends. An accomplished pianist, gymnast, good at all sports and a champion ice-skater she never boasted. She liked to hug anyone she met and when she visited me in France the people were amazed at this outgoing English woman.Always there for her friends she would care for them when in need.A lovely, warm, unique person I am honoured and proud to have known her and will never forget her or the memories we shared.
