Obituary of Ruth Berti

BERTI, Ruth Peacefully on Sunday, March 30th at the St. Catharines General Hospital-NHS in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Dino (1985). Much loved mother of Marvin (Nora) and Mark (Marilynn) and cherished Grandma of Matthew (Kat), Steven, Scott (Ashley) and Kimberly (Kevin) Niven. Loving Great Grandma of Anthony and Damian Berti and Jaxon Niven. She was loved by her many nieces, nephews and friends. The family extends sincere thanks to the entire staff of the St. Catharines General Hospital for their care and compassion during this difficult time. Ruth's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, April 3rd from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service to celebrate her life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, April 4th at 11:30am. Burial will follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
