Obituary of Jeanne Olejnick

OLEJNICK, Jeanne - Peacefully, with her loving family by her side, on Monday May 12th, 2014 at the Niagara Health System-St. Catharines Site in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Mervin for over 40 years. Cherished mother of Mary-Ann Gray (Victor Zyzela) of Toronto and Patricia (Mark) Casburn of St. Catharines. Devoted grandmother of Matthew and Emma Casburn. She will be sadly missed by her brother, Robert Stevens, of Toronto. The family extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Malaguti and Dr. Hughes and all of the staff at the Palliative Care Unit (3B) for all their care and compassion. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, May 15th from 5-8p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria, 3 Lyman Street on Friday, May 16th at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson's Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
