Obituary of Stanislawa (Stella) Gontarczyk

Gontarczyk, Stanislawa (Stella) - On June 28, 2014 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by her husband Roman (2006) of 48 years. Loving mother to Henri of St. Catharines, and John (Bonnie) of Lockport New, York. Cherished Grandma to Amy of Lockport, New York, and Matthew of St. Catharines. Also survived by her brother, sister and many family members. Stella was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved and was loved. She will be greatly missed. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Thursday between 9:30-11:30am. Funeral Liturgy outside of mass will be held at 11:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Catharines General Hospital - Nephrology Unit or Hospice Niagara in Stella's honour.
