Obituary of Clifford Skeoch

SKEOCH, Clifford T.- Our Dad passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 2, 2014, just weeks before his 88th birthday. Cliff was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Marjorie (Coles) in 1996 and his son in law Brian Zettler in 1995, and by his brothers, Warren and Kenneth. Survived by his sister Mildred (Paul) Peloquin and in-laws Eileen Skeoch, Beverly Benard, Bob & Maureen Coles, Frank Feere and Bunny Coles.Clifford is survived by his children and their spouses Joanne and George Bis, Michael and Nancy, Dan and Karen, Robert and Lisa, and Catharine and Sullivan Graca. He also leaves 11 grandchildren who will miss their Grandpa. Also left to mourn is his dear friend and companion, Irene McCollick. Clifford was a veteran of WW11 and a long time employee of the City of St. Catharines. In the last couple years, he called St. Catharines Place home. He spoke highly of the staff and we his children are so very thankful for making his final years so enjoyable. Visitation will take place at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. As per Clifford's wishes, there will be no service. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorial donations to March of Dimes would be greatly appreciated by the family.
