Obituary of Flora Sahagian

SAHAGIAN, Flora (nee Duguay) - Peacefully passed away, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, July 6th, 2014 at Extendicare at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late George. Cherished mother of Linda (Ted) Mlot and Miriam (Brian) Brygier. Loving grandma of Kevin Mlot (Lorraine) and Marcie Mlot (Ryan). Special GG of Alexa and Lucas. She will be sadly missed by her sister Evangeline Duguay and her many nieces and nephews. Much loved aunt of Peter, Sandra, Judy and Gerard. Dear friend of Katharine Brygier. Flora is predeceased by her parents Marcel and Virginie and her many siblings. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Extendicare for all their care and compassion. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday July 9th, from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Wednesday at 3p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Julia Parish, 251 Glenridge Avenue, on Thursday, July 10th at 11a.m. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
