It has been 3 years since my grandmother (joy) left this world for her next life. The pain has eased, but our loss is still not forgotten. We were all blessed with her presence, her love, her wisdom and her friendship. On this day, August 26, we will always remember a life lost, and a wonderful life lived. I love you grandma. Miss you so much, every single day. I hope you are enjoying cocktails pool side with John, Rob, Marie Jane, and your mother and father. God bless you and thanks for all the wonderful memories that we have to remember your life here with us.
Love always and forever,
Stephen and Jenny and soon to be born, our first child, Michael.

Everything that I would like to say has been so well written by Cecile Hunt that I can not improve upon it
. I met Joy through golfing and we became close friends from the first day that we met . I will miss her kindness, her generosity, compassion, wisdom, and on and on. Mostly I will miss her laughter. My condolences to Barb, Rob and your families. Nancy

Even though we weren't in contact on a regular basis, Joy and I were always able to just pick up where we left off. I don't think I know a kinder more generous person. We'll miss her terribly.

The loss of a loved one can be difficult to bare. Please accept my sincere condolences and sympathy. Please know that Jehovah God knows your pain and promises to "wipe every tear" from our eyes and would eliminate death. (Revelation 21:3,4.) Please visit jw.org for more Bible based comfort and hope.

My friendship with Joy grew to become one of the best friends that I ever had. I first met Joy when I started at the Board. We became fast friends not only at work but in our personal lives. We enjoyed just going out and catching up about family and other friends, golfing, swimming at Joy's and travelling together to South Carolina. She was an exceptional person, loving and caring and just being there whenever you needed her and even sometimes when you didn't even realize you did. She was always there to provide guidance if you wanted it or sometimes just listening and providing an outlet. I hope that I was just as good a friend to her as she was to me. Anyone who knew Joy is that much richer for having her in their lives. She will certainly be missed.
