Obituary of Ricky Smith

SMITH, George Eric (Ricky)- Passed away with his loving family at his side on September 26th, 2014 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 60. Beloved son of the late Dean and Yvonne Smith. Cherished brother of Paul (Meb) Smith and Neil (Jodie) Smith. He is predeceased by his older brother Michael (Ellen) Smith and his younger brother Deanie. Ricky will be sadly missed by many cousins and friends. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff at Extendicare and the amazing staff at St. Catharines Hospital-ICU Unit for all their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, on Friday, October 17th from 10a.m.-12p.m. Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12p.m. on Friday in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations to Community Living -St. Catharines would be appreciated by the family.
