Obituary of Carl Joseph Gaudet

GAUDET, Carl Joseph - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on November 3, 2014 at the age of 75. Survived by his loving wife, Rose Marie of 53 years; and children, Carol (Wes) Danis, Rachel (John) Convertini, Pauline (Kevin) Lauzon, and Gerard (Naomi) Gaudet. Loving Pepe to Ashley (Gail), Chris (Krista), Ryan, Natalie (Michael), Jay, Alexandra, Vanessa, and Sofia; and great grandfather to Arianna and Myles. Predeceased by his father, Ferdinand and sisters, Marie, Irma, and Gloria. Carl was a retired plumber, pipe fitter and an active member of Local Union 666 for over 50 years. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, November 8th from 7 - 9 pm and Sunday, November 9th from 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm. Vigil Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Sunday at 3:15 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption (169 St. Paul Crescent) on Monday, November 10th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family.
