Obituary of Edith Himes

HIMES, Edith - Passed away peacefully on November 17th at the age of 86. Edith is survived by her daughter, Heather and sons, John and Tim; her brother, Victor (Anne). She will be missed by her 3 grandchildren, John Jr., Jamie, and Leah. She was predeceased by her husband Calvin in 2011; sisters, Lora, Hilda, Erna, and Selma.Special thanks to the staff at Tabor Manor for all the caring support during this time. Edith will always be remembered for her spiritual faith and loving care to family and friends.The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, November 19th from 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th at 11: 30 am. Burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
