Obituary of Linda Holder

HOLDER, Linda (nee Pepin) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Phil Boehmer. Loving mom of Bob (Marianne) and Darren. Cherished sister of Connie (Dave) Chamberlain, Bob (Jean) Pepin and Patty Pepin. Aunt Linda will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parents Vern "Pep" and Betty Pepin and her first husband Ernie. Linda recently retired from her position as Switchboard Operator at Brock University after over 20 years of service. She actively participated in Drum Corps with the Niagara Regionnaires and was an avid lacrosse fan of the St. Catharines A's and the Buffalo Bandits. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Sunday, December 28th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Linda's life will take place on Monday, December 29th at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
