Obituary of Kevin Jessome

JESSOME, Kevin Peacefully, on Saturday, January 17th and after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 76 at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Jessome. Loving and devoted father of Joseph (Teresa) and Leonard (Linda). Papa will be sadly missed by his grandsons Matthew and Jordan. Dear brother of Francis (Sylvia) Jessome, Tony (Cathy) Jessome, Ella (the late Bill Connor), Elaine (the late Dacy Jessome), Kay (Myles Walsh) and brother-in-law of John Roland, Theresa (Charles) Wacket, Greg (Brenda) Roland, Kippy (Joan) Roland, Karen (Paul) Eyking, Loraine Leblanc and Marie (Omar). He was predeceased by his parents Anthony and Susan Jessome and brothers-in-law Billy, Bernie and Louie Roland. The family would like to express gratitude to the entire team of Dr. Giesbrecht, CCAC and the compassionate caregiving staff at Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Kevin's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, Ontario on Thursday, January 22nd from 10-11:15am. A Memorial Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:30am. If desired, memorial donations to the Rankin Cancer Run would be appreciated by the family.
