Obituary of Rose Gangur

GANGUR, Rose On March 3rd, Rose finally went to join her loving husband Sam, after passing away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 83. Devoted mother of Susannah (Kevin) Walsh, Mary Gangur, Esther (the late Brian) Haroutunian and Deborah (Billy Burkin) Gangur, cherished Baba of 7 and Great Baba of 6. Much loved sister of Anna (the late Mike) Danich, Lorraine (Hal) DeNike and the late George Kobin. Rose's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, March 8th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, March 9th in the funeral home chapel at 11:30am. Burial to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to CCAC or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
