Obituary of Mavis Winters

WINTERS, Mavis (nee Roberts) Passed away peacefully and with her husband Bob by her side, on Wednesday, March 11th at Linhaven Home for the Aged at the age of 92. Highly cherished wife for 23 years of Bob and mother of Daryl (the late John) Mosforth and the late Mervyn Woodville. Nana was a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Step mother of Robert (Liz) Winters, Lynda (Gary) Kirwin and Joanne (Mike) Ryan. Mavis was an avid golfer and enjoyed travel, particularly cruises. Mrs. Winter's family will receive visitors at Scottlea Bible Chapel, 500 Scott Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, March 17th from 12:30-1pm, with a funeral service following in the church at 1pm. Burial in Victoria Lawn Cemetery will follow a reception at Scottlea Bible Chapel. If desired, memorial donations to Agape Valley Bible Camp would be appreciated by the family.
