Obituary of Hermina Durand

DURAND, Hermina Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the age of 77. Beloved wife and best friend of Damian for 53 years. Cherished mother of Gilbert (Bernadette), Marcella, Raymond and Davidson (Elena). Much loved grandma of 9 grandchildren, Jennifer, Adele, Rosetta, Dominique, Tiffany, Ashley, Courtney, Jada, Alexandrea and 3 great-grandchildren, Jayden, Daniel and Isaiah. Loving sister of 3 brothers and 1 sister. Hermina will also be fondly remembered by many other relatives. Special thanks to her niece Guitana for her care and special attention to her aunt over the years. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, April 10 from 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Hermina's life will be held on Saturday, April 11 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
