Obituary of Frank Maksymyshyn

Maksymyshyn, Frank - Passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 10, 2015 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 86th year. Predeceased by his wife Alice (2004), to whom he was lovingly married for 53 years, and brother Bill (2005). Cherished and loving father of Frank (Sharon), Diane Guggenmoos, Julie (John) Rennie and Sue (late Wayne F) Gray. Precious grandpa of Emily, Megan, Jared, Justin, Aaron, Rebecca (Robert), Nathan (Kristen), Joshua and Rachel (David). Beloved great grandpa to Mackenzie, Bennett and Matthew. Frank was a proud and loyal employee of General Motors for over 35 years before retiring to spend time with his loving family. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Wednesday between 6-9 pm. Panachyda will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7 pm. A private family service and burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation in Frank's honour.
