To all the Anderson's,
Please accept our most sincere condolences. Over the past few years, I had the pleasure of sharing some great giggles at the 19th Hole with Jim. We would stroll down memory lane and he would take great pride in calling me one of his favourite north-end brats. (I suppose he was right!) Randy, Craig, Jeff and Terri I remember your Dad in your backyard on winter nights insisting we have hot chocolate after a skate on what he called the "finest ice surface outside the Maple Leaf Gardens!" He told me years later the hot chocolate was a magic potion he concocted to keep us short & sweet but I knew it was your Mom who made it! I, along with many others, will miss him at our annual United Way tourney. Much love to you all and a special hug to you Bill. I will see Jim's smile in all of you and will remember him always with great fondness.
Susie Q and Paul Walker too!

We were very sorry to hear about Jim's passing. We knew him many years ago through the Grantham Optimist Club and more recently when we would see him at Linhaven. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you all. MaryEllen and Mervin OBrien

Please accept our deepest sympathies for the passing of Jim. I had the honour of working with Jim for many years in my capacity of Business Manager of the IUOE Local 793 and as labour relations manager before 1995. I counted Jim as a good friend who was honest, hardworking and dedicated to the members of Local 793 particularly in the area of Hamilton, Cambridge , St. Catherine's and Niagara. It was because of Jims support and encouragement that I ran for BM in the mid 1990's. I will remember Jim very fondly. On behalf of our over 13,000 members and families in Ontario I would like to say that we owe a debt of gratitude to Jim for his years of service .

Sorry to hear of your loss, our heartfelt condolences to you all
Jim was a very caring man . I don't know if I have met a person that was so involved with his family . Many days and nights we chatted behind the glass or on the sidelines about work , hockey , golf or life in general
Win or lose he always could find a positive in everything
he will be sadly missed by our family
Love Darryl , Leigh , Dylan & Cody
