Obituary of William "Bill" Robert Brunyansky

BRUNYANSKY, William Robert "Bill" Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Oakwood Park Lodge, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of almost 49 years to Barbara. Loving father of William and Tara. Proud Papa of Cassidy and Liam. Born in St. Catharines, Bill was a life long resident of the city. He enjoyed his work for many years at General Motors. Bill was an avid sports fan. Some of his favourite pastimes were spent fishing, hunting and playing slo-pitch. Bill truly believed in living life to the fullest and he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A special thank you to the staff at Oakwood Park Lodge, especially to Dr. McGarry, for their patience and care. In accordance with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 1-4 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Bill's Life, in the funeral home chapel at 4 p.m. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by Bill's family.
