Obituary of Robert "Bob" Sturt

STURT, Robert "Bob" After a courageous battle with cancer, Bob passed away on Monday, July 6, 2015 at the age of 79. Beloved sweetie and soulmate of Mary for 32 wonderful years. Cherished father of Tracie (Joe) Gallant, Bob Jr., Brad (Kelly) Sylvester, Todd (Doug) Sylvester and Jason (Helene) Sylvester. Treasured grandpa of Chantelle (Ted), Braden, Spencer, Taryn, and Madyson. Dear brother of Marguerite Wilcox and brother-in-law of Margaret (Gary) Broda. Bob will be fondly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Bob was an avid baseball player and Blue Jays fan. A special thank you for the wonderful care Bob received from Bola and all of the staff at Linhaven as well as the Niagara Health System. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Bob's Life, on Saturday July 25, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 86 Mackenzie King Ave., St. Catharines (on the corner of Mackenzie King and Howland Dr.) Memorial donations may be made to Linhaven Home for the Aged.
