Obituary of Effie Marie Werstroh

WERSTROH, Effie Marie Passed away suddenly on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of 64 years to John. Loving mother of Rob (Joanne), Ron and Jamie (Sandra). Cherished grandma of Derek, Christie, Shannyn, Jenna and Austyn. Dear sister of the late Eleanor, Margaret (the late Joe) Evans, Morris (Winnie) Gall and Harold Gall. Marie will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Marie previously worked at the St. Catharines General Hospital as a nursing assistant. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Monday, August 3 from 1-4 p.m. A Celebration of Marie's life will be held on Tuesday, August 4 at 12 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
