Obituary of Cathy Stirland

STIRLAND, Cathy Passed away suddenly on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the age of 56. Loving mother of Darryl Gardner, Gillian (Michael Parson) and Richard (Patrina). Proud grandma of Chase. Much loved sister and best friend of Chris Tatarka and Carol Davies. Cathy worked for Bella Senior Care for many years. She had a passion for animals, especially her pets Junior, Biscuit and Max. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Thursday, August 6 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Cathy's life will be held on Friday, August 7 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow at Mount Osborne Cemetery, 4238 William St., Beamsville. Following the interment, a reception will be held at Amici's Banquet Centre, 2740 Merrittville Hwy, Thorold. Memorial donations may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
