My condolences to the Bell family.
I learned a lot from Art during my tenure at Dana, much more than anything I was taught at school. The entire experience was filled with comedy and Irish cultural lessons including many loyalist and rebel songs.
Art would always reference "the Frame Plant in the sky", I'd say he's there now.....

To Maureen and family, thinking of you all at this sad time. We were so glad we spent some time together just over a year ago when you came back to Newtownards. We always had a soft spot for Artie as he was best man at our wedding nearly 50 years ago. With great sadness. JOHN and FREDA BELL

To the Bell Family, We would like to offer our sincerest condolences. It is so very difficult to express the feelings of understanding such a huge loss of a husband, father and grandfather and more so at such a young age. Chrissy, I know you took really good care of your dad and you will always have lots of lovely memories of those times with him. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Love & Hugs Auntie Denise & Roger...

To Maureen and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I will always have a spot in my heart for Art. What can I say. We spent many hours working at Dana on PPAP's (which probably means nothing to many people). We would be so tired and then just start laughing. He was always a funny and caring man. He was smart and so so interesting. I loved listening to his stories even though I wasn't sure if they were true or not. He did have some Irish blarney in him. There will never be anyone like Art.
