Obituary of David Mark Freeman

FREEMAN, David M. Passed away peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday, August 10, 2015. He leaves behind his two sons Shayne and Kyle, and his loving parents Joan and Fred. Brother to Shawn, Bradwell and his sister Theresa. Special Uncle to Sarah, Brittney, and Dylan. David also leaves behind other extended family in England and friends in St. Catharines. David's family would like to thank the St. Catharines General Hospital Nurses and Doctors for all their help, guidance, and care over the last year. They would also like to thank the Dialysis team for their time and understanding. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. A Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
