Obituary of Elizabeth May Seto

Elizabeth May Seto (1974-2015) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Hamilton General Hospital in her 42nd year. Elizabeth was a beloved daughter of Yau and Kam, cherished sister to John (Cindy), May and Rose (Wayne), and a loving aunt to James. Elizabeth often observed many of life’s colours, patterns, textures and emotions around her and personalize them to the benefit of family, friends and colleagues. Her compassion towards others was ignited when she cared for a variety of pets. She constantly shared the sights and scents of the global village through food and personal products. She developed a reputation as a baker-artisan which displayed her attention to detail in her culinary creations. She frequently helped those in need and celebrated the accomplishments of others with an artistic eye and palette. In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Elizabeth’s family invite visitors to share their memories and celebrate her life at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, Ontario on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will occur at a later date. Donations to her favourite charities are greatly appreciated.
