Obituary of Pierre Kerop Papazian

PAPAZIAN, Pierre "Kerop" It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Uncle on September 24, 2015, after a brief illness, at the age of 83, at the NHS - St. Catharines site. He leaves behind his daughter Valerie Roccoli (Maurice), grandchildren Nina and Daniel, and great grandson Elie, all of France. He is predeceased by his parents Mardiros and Elmas, sister Marie Paroyan (Missak), and brother Edouard. He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews; Louis (Monique), Jean Pierre (Marilyn), Antoine (the late Wanda), Laurent (Audrey) Paroyan, Madeleine (Tony) Bufalino, Jackie (Ray) Goldin, Christiane (Garbis) Kavazanjian, Carol Paroyan and Margaret Paroyan, all of the Niagara Region; Patrick (Manuelle), Marco and sister-in-law Mathilde Papazian, all of France. Pierre is also survived by many great nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the Doctors and Nurses of 3A Hephrology for their care of our Uncle. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, (905)-937-4444, and a private family service will be held at St. Gregory's Armenian Apostolic Church, 49 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. Celebrated by Very Rev. Fr. Hayrik Hovhannisyan. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to St. Gregory's Armenian Apostolic Church.
