Obituary of Irene Mary Mychaskiw

MYCHASKIW, Irene Passed away peacefully with her family and friends by her side on Friday, October 2nd at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital at the age of 53. She is the cherished daughter of Bill and Mary and much loved sister of Roman (Julia) and Peter. She is the adored aunt of Halya (Andrew), Christina (Jeff) and Taras (Erin). She will be missed by her many friends, especially Patti, Vera and Allison. Irene's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street on Tuesday, October 6th from 7-9pm. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 7th at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 14 Rolls Avenue at 10am. Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Panachyda will be recited in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7pm. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
