Obituary of Mary Reynolds

REYNOLDS, Mary "Gladys" (nee Nicholson) Passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Thursday, October 15, 2015 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald (November 2014) for 61 years. Cherished mother of Mary (Dave) Boyd, Archie (Donna), the late John (1993) (Kim), Reg Jr. (Karen), Carol and Leo (Jill). Proud Nana of ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Survived locally by her sister Ida and several siblings throughout Canada. Mary will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents John and Theresa Nicholson and by her grandson Jason (September 2014). The family would like to acknowledge the staff from CCAC, especially Babes for her unwavering support and care given to mom, and to the professional staff and volunteers at Hospice Niagara. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to our mother. In keeping with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and funeral arrangements are entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. A private family service will take place. If so desired, memorial donations in Mom's memory may be made to Hospice Niagara.
