Obituary of ILIJA RADUSIN

RADUSIN, ILIJA Passed away at home with his wife by his side on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the age of 88. Much loved husband of Pamela. Loving father of Eliya (Mary) and the late David Dawdy (2008). Proud Deda of Christopher (Angela) and Alanna (Scott). Great-grandfather of Caleb, Blair, Makinley and Alejandro. Dear brother-in-law of Sharon (the late Charlie), Terry (Jackie) and Larry (Linda). Predeceased by his parents and his mother-in-law Lorraine. He will be sadly missed by all. Ilija worked at Dofasco for 33 years. He had a passion for music and dancing, and also loved to travel. Special thanks to Dr. Jakibchuk, Dr. Wendy Proctor, the nursing staff and PSWs from ParaMed for their support, empathy and compassion. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Sunday, December 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, December 7 at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
