Obituary of Opal Lawrason

LAWRASON, Opal - Passed away on Friday, January 22nd, 2016 at Linhaven Home for the Aged. Opal was the wife of the late J. Bus Lawrason and the late George Whitfield. Loving mother to the late Mark Whitfield. Sister of the late Joan Alexander. Opal leaves behind her brother Bill McLennan, her niece Linda Minnelli, her nephews Jeffrey Alexander and Christopher McLennan. Step mother of Jim Lawrason and Judy Buckley. Step Grandmother of Jennifer and Theresa Lawrason and Erica and Andrew Buckley. She will be sadly missed by her great niece and her 3 great nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service with interment will take place in the spring at Grove Cemetery in Dundas. Announcement of details at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
