Obituary of Speranza Grossi

GROSSI, Speranza Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Angelo (1992). Loving mother of Rosanna (Sergio) Sforza, Frank (Cheryl), the late Enrico (2015) and Maria (Frank) Antidormi. Cherished Nonna of Janice, Michael (Emily), Jessica (Brock), Jonathan, Jason, Dana (Antonella), Ashley and Amanda. Great Nonna of Owen, Ava, Olivia, Alexandra and Victoria. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Linhaven for their care and dedication over the years. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Tuesday, March 8 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be recited on Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine St., St. Catharines on Wednesday, March 9 at 12 p.m. Entombment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
