Obituary of James Norman Macfarlane
Macfarlane, James Norman "Bebo"
Suddenly on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, James Norman Macfarlane passed away at his beloved family cottage in Port Colborne.
Jim is survived by his wife Nancy, daughters Jenna, Lisa and John Vanderwal, granddaughter Chloe.
Jim was the last surviving member of the Macfarlane clan, who owned and operated Canada Hair Cloth Co Ltd.
He was a longtime, active member of St. Julia's Church. Jim lived his life to the fullest and he touched many lives. He brought joy and laughter to his family and friends.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
Jim's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, June 12th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm with words of remembrance at 3pm and 7pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, June 13th at St. Julia Roman Catholic Church, 251 Glenridge Avenue at 11am.
If desired, memorial donations to the Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.

Words of Remembrance
Words of remembrance will be said on Sunday at 3pm and 7pm in the funeral home.
