Obituary of Sue Little

LITTLE, Susan Barbara (nee Powell) With immeasurable sadness and heartbreak, we announce the passing of Susan in her 61st year on Thursday, June 30, 2016. Devoted wife of 38 years to James. Loving mother to Jason (Jessica) and Richard (Leah). Dear grandmother to Jocelyn, Shaye & Wyatt. Special friend to Miller. Sue will sadly be missed by her brother Jim (Pat) and several nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by her parents Jim & Marion Powell and in-laws Alan & Jessie Little. A heartfelt thank you to St. Elizabeth Nurses; Sharlene, Darlene and the staff at Hospice Niagara as well as the Walker Family Cancer Center for their devoted care. At Susan's request cremation had taken place. Family and friends will be received at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at Antipasto's di Roma, 87 Hannover Drive, St. Catharines, on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice Niagara and the Walker Family Cancer Center.
