Obituary of Louis Audet

AUDET, Louis Peacefully surrounded by his family, Louis passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Hospice Niagara at the age of 71. Louis will be forever loved and missed by his wife Marie-Rose. Loving father of Suzanne (David) Wass, Daniel (Tara) and Stephanie. Special Grandpapa of Victoria, Elizabeth, Joshua, Emma, Madeleine and Morgan. He is also survived by many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and extended family. Louis worked at General Motors and retired in 2003. A special thank you to the staff of the Niagara Health System and to the caregivers and team at Hospice Niagara for taking such compassionate care of Louis. In accordance with Louis' wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL. A Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculee Conception Church, 99 Garnet Street, on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held prior to Mass, in the church from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be given to Hospice Niagara or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
