Obituary of Maria Uchmanowicz

UCHMANOWICZ, Maria - Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, July 26th, 2016 at Hotel Dieu - Shaver Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Marian. Cherished mother of Andrzej (Carla). Loving Babcia of Josh and Jarek. Survived by her sister Francis, sister in law Josefa and brother Marian in Poland. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, July 29th from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Friday at 7p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, July 30th at 10a.m. Burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
