Obituary of Dominic Napoli

NAPOLI, Dominic - After a brave battle with cancer, Dominic passed away peacefully with his loving wife and children by his side at his home on Monday, August 22nd in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Lucy for 38 years. Cherished father of Teresa Fabbro, Marcella (Guy) Pellegrino and Domenico Jr. Loving Nonno of Luca, who he cherished and adored immensly. He is survived by his sisters Carm (Nick) Scali and Mac Napoli. Dominic is predeceased by his parents Fortunato and Teresa Napoli and his brother Nick Napoli. He will be sadly missed by his many family and friends. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all the doctors and nursing staff at the St. Catharines Hospital and the Walker Family Cancer Center, especially Dr. Yelamanchili, for all their care and compassion. A special thank you to all of Dominic's friends for all of their love and continued support. Many will remember him as "The Boss" because of his passion for work. The family will recieve visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, August 25th from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Thursday at 3p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, 73 Picton Street, Niagara on the Lake on Friday, August 26th at 11:30a.m. Rite of Committal at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Fonthill to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Walker Family Cancer Center would be appreciated by the family.
