So sorry to hear that a wonderful lady, loving wife and great friend has passed away. Her love and compassion for our most vulnerable children throughout her career will not be forgotten. Lucy cared for everyone and our most heartfelt condolences to her family and close friends. Rest in peace knowing her smile brightened so many lives!
