Obituary of Joon Kim

KIM, Joon Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday morning, Dec 18, 2016 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Inok and father of Bryan and Francis, he loved spending time with his 4 grandchildren- Gianne, Ian, Mason and Madden. Joon moved to Canada in 1991 to accept a financial executive position and his remaining family members reside in Korea. Joon will always be remembered as a man of honesty and high moral values, who chose to do right over benefits. He loved eating, driving, hiking, tennis, golf and is fortunate to have lived an enjoyable life. Our thanks go to all friends and family for your support during these times. In keeping with his wishes, his ashes will be resting with his family burial place in Korea. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St.Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1 on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 2-4pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Walker Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
