WILSON, Dorothy Anne "Dorrie" (nee Belford) It's with a profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dorrie at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at the age of 87. Devoted wife of the late Allan. Loving mother of Mark and Joey, Dianne and Harold Warkentin, Matt and Irene, (the late Michael) and Linda, (the late John) and Jenny and David Simpson. Adoring Nanny to Michelle (Steve), Melissa, Erin (Adam), Andrew, Iain (Megan), Emma, Aileen, Connor, Katie, Rian, Tesia. Beloved "Biggie" to Baxter, Sophie, Annie and Junie. Loving sister-in-law and dearest aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Thank you to her nursing care - Stacey Lafontaine, Susan Davies, Danuta and Rhonda, and to Dr. Vera Wan, Dr. Brian Findlay, and Tish for their care and support. A special thanks to Bonnie Purcer, for being a great support to Dorrie. In accordance with Dorrie's wishes, a private family funeral has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, (905)-937-4444.
