Obituary of Stanley Laurie

LAURIE, Stanley - Passed away with his loving wife by his side on Friday, February 17th, 2017 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Elizabeth for 33 years. Stepfather of Vickie. Cousin of Mavis. He will be sadly missed by his extended family Noreen, Darryl, Travis and Tyler. Stanley was employed at Rolls Royce for 50 years. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all of the staff at the St. Catharines Hospital and the Henley House for all of their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, March 4th from 10a.m.-12p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 12p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations to Salvation Army or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
