Obituary of Anne Connon
CONNON, Anne (nee Oneschuk) - Passed away suddenly but peacefully on Tuesday, February 21st, 2017 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Harvey James Connon (2007). Dear sister-in-law to Anne Oneschuk of St. Catharines and Aunt to Gail, Greg & Kelly & their families. Sister-in-law to Marilyn Oneschuk of Hamitlon, Aunt to Doug & Jim and their families. Also Aunt to Robert Connon of Pickering & his family. Predeceased by her parents Michael(1932) & Julianna Oneschuk (Kisil) (1979), her sister Mary Hagen (1981) and her four brothers John (l985), Michael (1995), Steve(1996) & Bill Oneschuk (l990). Anne worked at Bell Canada in St. Catharines & Niagara Falls for 38 years, retiring in l982. She will always be fondly remembered as a very happy, clever, kindhearted and extremely generous woman, touching the lives of many around her. Anne will be sadly missed by her many family & friends. Special thanks to Dr. & Mrs. Luce for their care over many years. The family also wishes to thank all of the staff at the St. Catharines Hospital for all of their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. At Anne's specific instructions & wishes there will be no visitation or service. Anne will be laid to rest at Victoria Lawn Cemetery beside her dear husband where they will be together forever. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, (905)- 937-4444.
